As the Managing Director, Gerard is responsible for developing strategic plans to advance the company’s objectives, values and mission. Through his leadership, the business has grown significantly to become one of the leading HR technology and assessment companies in Australia.

Dina Ward

“Dina’s passion is driving and improving Diversity and Inclusion policies and practices across organisations, to allow Testgrid’s clients to realise the benefits of a diverse workplace.”

Dina has extensive experience in strategic planning and operational excellence, people recruitment, management and development best practices. She is also a registered Psychologist.

As the Chief People Officer, Dina is responsible for the people side of the company. She also leads the Psychology team. She works with them to review and improve the Testgrid service offerings, enhance reporting tools, develop assessment centre content and specialist recruitment processes.

She works closely with Testgrid’s clients to design and support strategic recruitment processes, construct and facilitate diversity and unconscious bias training that drive inclusive hiring and ROI.

Will leads the Sales and Marketing teams and is responsible for ensuring the ongoing growth and development of Testgrid. In close collaboration with his clients, Will consults with them to uncover their core challenges, brainstorms and creates bespoke solution to solve their problems.

Sean partners with the clients to develop unique solutions, He leads the Agile Development Team and works closely with them to guide the technical direction of Testgrid’s core applications; maintain and enhance the assessment platform and ensure the system and data is secured. He also focuses on streamlining processes and navigating the right balance between cost and performance for the system.

Sean prides himself for his creative problem-solving skills and aptitude for learning. The 3 principles that he follows in ensuring he succeed in work are:
