Gerard is an inspirational leader that adopts a collaborative partnership approach in working with his clients. He is an expert in HR Technology and has a practical, hands-on understanding of assessment products, recruitment processes and online technology solutions.

As the Managing Director, Gerard is responsible for developing strategic plans to advance the company’s objectives, values and mission. Through his leadership, the business has grown significantly to become one of the leading HR technology and assessment companies in Australia.

Dina Ward

“Dina’s passion is driving and improving Diversity and Inclusion policies and practices across organisations, to allow Testgrid’s clients to realise the benefits of a diverse workplace.”

Dina has extensive experience in strategic planning and operational excellence, people recruitment, management and development best practices. She is also a registered Psychologist.

As the Chief People Officer, Dina is responsible for the people side of the company. She also leads the Psychology team. She works with them to review and improve the Testgrid service offerings, enhance reporting tools, develop assessment centre content and specialist recruitment processes.

She works closely with Testgrid’s clients to design and support strategic recruitment processes, construct and facilitate diversity and unconscious bias training that drive inclusive hiring and ROI.

Dina’s passion in the following makes her an exceptional leader/consultant:

Will is a respected Sales and Customer Success professional with 20 years of customer growth and account management experience in Technology, HR and Talent Management, Managed Services and Public sectors.

Will leads the Sales and Marketing teams and is responsible for ensuring the ongoing growth and development of Testgrid. In close collaboration with his clients, Will consults with them to uncover their core challenges, brainstorms and creates bespoke solution to solve their problems.

Will is committed to his two key goals of ensuring all of Testgrid’s clients:

As the Head of Business Development, Stuart is responsible for working with clients in designing and implementing custom solutions, ensuring each solution delivers tangible benefits and assisting them to achieve their business objectives.

  • He adopts a collaborative approach in working with his team, clients and partners.
  • His ability to ask relevant questions, listen to clients’ challenges, take time to fully understand each business’s individual requirements.

With over 20 years’ experience working with local and international companies, Sean has extensive experience in all aspects of system development life cycle (SDLC), different programming languages and various project methodologies.

Sean partners with the clients to develop unique solutions, He leads the Agile Development Team and works closely with them to guide the technical direction of Testgrid’s core applications; maintain and enhance the assessment platform and ensure the system and data is secured. He also focuses on streamlining processes and navigating the right balance between cost and performance for the system.

Sean prides himself for his creative problem-solving skills and aptitude for learning. The 3 principles that he follows in ensuring he succeed in work are:

  • Staying true to who you are and being humble.
  • Helping the team to thrive by making sure everyone is valued.
  • Never automatically say no. Rather, try to find a workable solution.

Navina Joseph

Navina is a highly experienced executive with a well-versed background in client success, strategic account management and complex sales.

She is responsible for developing and implementing customer success strategies that increase engagement while providing a positive experience for all customers. She leads the Customer Success Team to ensure the needs of customers are met and their problems resolved in a responsive manner. She builds relationships with her customers and serves as their trusted advisor.

To ensure professionalism and excellence at all contact points with Testgrid’s customers, Navina follows 3 core principles:

David Clarkson

“David is a highly professional marketer, who is passionate about sharing the benefits of psychometric testing and its ability to promote inclusivity and diversity.”

David is responsible for all communications for Testgrid and sharing insights that help our customers make informed hiring decisions. He believes that it his duty to find problems and pain points in each of our customers industries and provide solutions that empower business through their people
